QOL and fixes!


All hovers have a maxSlope of 20 now making hover all have equal climbing (also a nerf), (Thanks Charmedmage for noticing weird hover hill pathing!)

Fixed harpy firing issues.
Harpy to longer gains height bonus.
Harpy actually gets range nerf from last update.

Certain units with double weapons (such as panther stingray, etc) no longer split their weapon targeting when attacking.

Added Build Priority.
