This is a good example on how 2 high experienced players get owned and the third ally is a relatively unexperienced player.

This screwed up the balance for the whole game...
But for their defense I have to say: the average was somewhere around 1500 with <1900 and >1300 elo players - a few extreme elos.

well ppl like burp with 1900 leaded their team to total destruction. I mean seriously still trying to nuke through after they made 5-6 anti's and you failed 3 times already? They could have gotten more than a starlight with that metal.
