building laser is gone

Hi guys,
I would really appreciate it if someone could help me fix this problem for me. Yesterday, i had messed around with the mods in the F11 menu in an attempt to get the unit helth bars to reappear. They did reappear, but now, I no longer can see the blue building laser that appears when building things or in the factories. I already tried resetting the mods by deleting the zk files in the LuaUI folder.

I turned off the safe mode and now it works, thank you vey much mojjj

That's what i tried earlier, but mojjj solved my problem by turning off safe mode
