I also want my account to be removed from zero-k.info.

Why? These accounts are directly shared with the lobby server.

Hmm... do I really need to tell you?
1. Perhaps I simply don't want to have any of my data stored outside lobby server.
2. Perhaps I don't like system that makes additional accounts and gathering info about me without asking me first?*
3. Perhaps I don't like some bots spamming me I've leveled up after every battle.
4. Or perhaps I don't like my info being shared to third parties - I consider Zero-K project as third party to Spring Engine (it's a mod, not internal part of engine or sth required to play) and agreement says: "While this information will not be disclosed to any third party" and later: "Any personal information such as personal statistics will be kept privately and will not be disclosed to any third party".
Do I need to continue?

Just.. few.. little.. things:
@ 1.: It's the same server as far as I know.
@ 2.: "Additional accounts"? Which?
@ 3.: Put it on ignore.
@ 4.: Which private information is shared? The ZK website only shows ZK related things.

lol, one of main 0k developers is also owner of server for whole Spring, so its hard to say that 0k team is "third party" to Spring.

We think that it is another manifestation of 0k-haters.

RUrank1. Well, depends if you mean server as hardware or software.
RUrank2. For example this account, even if it shares same ID from lobby.
UArank3. No, thanks - I simply prefer no account instead of adding all the bots.
CArank4. Spring agreement defines statistics as private information - see quotation in one of my previous posts.
Anyway, as far as I can recall, you can not keep account here if I don't agree on that and I don't agree, so please remove it.

@[I]Emperor_Conrad_I - it doesn't matter. Zero-K is not integral element of Spring - it's additional content, not required for software to work, isn't it? Well, unless both development teams (/vendor) are the same, it's third party. And I really doubt it matter who's owner of the server.
0K-haters? Well, I don't like anyone creating and storing some data about me on webpage without my permission. Call it 0K-hating if you want, I don't care - I just want it removed.

"Zero-K is not integral element of Spring"...?

Spring is an engine. Anyway I don't see much point in getting into that argument again. It is very likely that no account removal will take place.

Stripped the lobby ID from your ZK account info NTG; this should decouple them. (At least I think it will)

Maybe Licho will delete it later.

If it's impossible to delete... hmm, can you add option to hide all the information stored (e.g. checkbox in profile, by default hiding turned on)? Technically any data shown in profile shouldn't be available. This would do the trick with agreement (as it states the data "will be kept privately and will not be disclosed to any third party" - now it's publicly available) - otherwise... well, if one side doesn't keep the agreement, the other isn't obligated to do it as well (agreement is invalid as it's broken by one of side)... and this means:
1. Some people may actually sue Spring team for breaking the agreement (nothing really to gain but anyway).
2. Abusive, obscene, vulgar, et cetera et cetera materials aren't banned in lobby (as agreement is invalid).
There also another way to fix it - make new agreement (well, all players need to agree on it again as previous agreement didn't state it may change and users needs to monitor it + location of fully up-to-date agreement).

@[LCC]GoogleFrog[0K] - I know it's engine, but it was stated 0K isn't third party - it was easiest way to prove it wrong. And if it isn't - see agreement part above.

Sorry for making problems but I simply like everything going by the rules I agreed on. Thanks anyway/in advance and see You in game!!!

Sure, if you code it. Just keep in mind your account leaves track everywhere, in all games you played etc, you cant delete those and those have to show you, planetwars logs and clans have to show you etc.

Besides as soon as you login in lobby your account will be recreated. Its tightly coupled with main lobby server!
Every spring user resides in Zero-K database.

Also NTG dont be silly with agreement. There is none. You just joined free game on internets and not signed a contract with some corporation.
There isnt even an "entity" to be responsible or that can make any deals with you..
In short - you cant get any agreement, anything can happen to your account, we can ban you at will, turn your commander to chicken or vote you king of planetwars ..

But why being worried? You give no personal data to us, no name, no credit card, no health problems, nothing, not even an email and passwords are hashed!

So don't be silly, unless you plan to spend next few weeks coding some complex hider nobody else will..

LoL, complex hider? You mean:
- one field in user table in database,
- one SELECT query to check value of that field (well, actually a modification of existing one/change by DataContext),
- one if-else statement before filling form - I want to hide profile (such as statistics - that's what's stated in agreement), not all the logs, games played and other tracks,
- one control able to modify field in database (checkbox with onclick event + UPDATE/LINQ).
Yeah, it may take few weeks... unless one knows the repository :P

And I know there isn't any sensitive data but still - user is asked to agree on terms (upon first login - so yes, there is an agreement after all) and yet those terms aren't kept by term-giving-side. You should either change the terms (and inform users) or fulfill them - that's what I'm saying.

I'm just making sure all is by the book.
