- Fixed amph being unable to access some ford areas
- Embiggened 12x12 -> 14x14
- Deep areas have uneven terrain which should make amphs a bit slower

The error is not fatal and does not seem to affect anything except the number of generated reports.

It is also seems reasonably easy to fix, i'll see about doing that sometime later.
