They're not very remarkable.

Except for the psychic commanders. Once lost eight good men and millions of dollars in equipment to a single commander. It was not a good day.

There is absolutely no reason to believe that any such aliens visited us.
The handful of semi-reliable personal accoutns speak of different looks.

Say like this:

Of course. We- hrm They never visited y- us. There were no such event 3 km north to Prague in May 1956, anyone telling that is a conspirationist nutjob.
What, you never heard of it? Good. Because it never happened. That's why you never heard of it, obviously.

And what's with all this probing idea? If they existed (not that they exist, of course; they don't), then they would most probably have more advanced equipment allowing for external scans, or some kind of nanotech allowing for non-intrusive tests.

I find the grey design concept an excellent illustration towards the term of "uncanny", especially when mixed with things that happen on the border of sleep paralysis.

Pure terror candy. :P

We can nuke our whole planet earth and nothing except rats and viruses will survive.

What happens if we get the technology to replicate worse bombs?
What happens if terrorists get this technology?

Maybe we are not supposed to get replicators or other alien technology until we got rid of our strongest-one-survive instincts and got wisest-one-survive-with-a-lot-of-friends gens.

Aliens may think of pain and violence as viruses make us stay under quarantine.
ZK killed aliens XD

While it may be a realistic depiction, ZK does not kill aliens.

The only logical explanation of the Fermi paradox is that they have already arrived.

Scarrrrrrrrrrrrrry although one has to wonder why they never wear clothing.

Why does the media render aliens to share some thing with humans? Tow eyes, one nose, moush, two arms, legs etc? There are more unrealistic creatures on Earth than like that. For example, snake can breathe with nose... Aliens should be able to breathe with eyes and see infrared with toungue and see ultraviolet with eyes.

Convergent evolution is very common on earth. You have organisms that look very similar by are only distantly related. It is not implausible for aliens to evolve a similar appearance if their home world is similar to ours. In fact, you could argue that such a creature would find our world an inviting exploration target.

It's the future of mankind. We will accelerate the evolution of our brains, after discovering possibly the spice melange, producing the enlarged cranial volume. Unfortunately, we will only be using 0.25% rather than 1% of our brains at that point. We will copy the genetics of the Mantis Shrimp eye, in order to gain hyperspectral vision so that space travel looks more like the false colored Hubble images. Can't have boring space travel, it's long and space is big.

>Why does the media render aliens to share some thing with humans
It is scarier that way, because it's uncanny.

>until we got rid of our strongest-one-survive instincts and got wisest-one-survive-with-a-lot-of-friends gens.
Actually, Technology Implies Belligerence.

Didnt you know? They are here just watching, monitoring neutrino emissions from our technology, randomly collecting plant samples and waiting until we find them, build the first hyperdrive or at least a reasonable power source.

Then they jump in and tell us that according local group regulation GC3546 we are only allowed to passively explore nearby star systems and that any attempt at colonization or alteration of other biospheres must be agreed by galactic high council (with about 100 000 years to reach decision due to distances) and will likely be dismissed until we prove to be able to manage earth.
