25% is a lot. You win chance was 0.0988 which is only just in the range for a 25% handicap, with the 0.1 to 0.15 range being 20%.

There are more metrics than total value, but just by it the game isn't too far off.

The difference at this point is 9.7% more metal produced and 12.7% more value lost for RiposteR.

After this point dyth68's total value flatlines as RiposteR is able to make large armies and thrown them at dyth68 to disrupt his economy. The ability to make, lose, and remake such large armies is not reflected on the graph. If the lower rated player knows how to expand and overdrive then I think they have the relative advantage as the game goes longer.
