Hmm this is an interesting thought, my main issue with the tick is that it doesn't give partial victories. For instance, hitting 4 of 12 scorchers with a tick does pretty much nothing, but hitting 4 of 12 scorchers with a roach is a decent hit. Currently the tick has to be better at stunning targets than the roach is at killing targets, we'll see if 2k emp works out or not. I'm hoping the tick is still useful against the large force of thugs etc as it needs to fill a role other than just an emp riot.

with edge 0% that means at ~250 range it wont even stun raiders...

and roach still kills raiders at 384 range... cause 382 aoe and 40% edge

Damage always falls off to 0 at AoE edge!! With 40% nominal edge effectiveness, actual 40% damage is at ~70% range - not much different than the 60% for 0% edge effectiveness!
