In Adrenalin, Performance and then Tuning, setting "Tuning Preset" to "Rage" and the fans never going idle solved all my performance issues in ZK or otherwise.

After trying everything I could think of and then some, I gave up for a bit and bought a new monitor anyway because my old one was breaking. It was constantly displaying horizontal lines, like a ribbon cable in the monitor somewhere is corroded/loose/broken.

After toying around for hours with various settings I ended up disabling Freesync and suddently everything is fine on my old monitor. Somehow, my old monitor's freesync is causing FPS to fluctuate between 1 and whatever the computer can pull in whatever game/test.
