If you get Odin rushed the response is to put some BP around your second HQ so that it can survive when the Odin returns.

One shot snipes are unaffected. Frontal assaults will need to clear out nearby constructors if they don't have overwhelming firepower, which seems like a nice balance point. It is very easy to undo a failed attack (because repair is so quick), which can lead to a lack of sense of progress, but this is somewhat resolved by there being two HQs.
