What should I do? Do you wait me to start TK as Anteep did or do I have another way to get the justice? I actually love this game in my own way. I'm not ideal but I keep myself in some borders while playing this game and I get punished when I go out of the borders which I find reasonable. I just ask to apply the SAME measures against other offenders. I was punished for such actions in past, I got my lessons as once I was banned for 30 days for TK. I don't understand why this is NOT applied to repeated team killers such as DIVO.

I think you commited to many offenses in the past and they feel they don't owe you anything for all the issues you caused them and other players in the past. In a sense, this is justice. Maybe it just like the story of the boy who cried wolf too many times.

sfireman would have been killed by someone a long time ago :D But.....his behavior is much better then it used to be so I guess since he been improving, we can somewhat treat him as a human being.

I personally haven't seen the reports. The infrastructure is a bit off balance and they sometimes get missed or consumed by another lobby if saved by nightwatch etc. There's also this issue. I'll look into these cases. As an aside you could PM the issue if you think action is not being taken before making a forum thread.

in the case with DIVO I answered with insult on another insult(which was wrong) But I ready to get my punishment for this if this is appropriate But generally I think there is an improvement from my side, most of my insults are just cute "wub wub, noob, resign" :P

You provocateur, and anyone who looks replay the game will understand that you yourself are a provocateur players (more than once), and then build yourself out of the innocent. even the players buyout played with us you wrote that you were wrong, and he provoked, and the player Alcur wrote that he would not ban me. I watched the second replay too now http://zero-k.info/Battles/Detail/331480  pizza123 spent half the game reclaiming an allied big bertha that was under construction. According to spectator   Slaab DIVO asked sfireman not to reclaim DIVO's commander wreckage (I couldn't be arsed to read through all the spam) and sfire continued. If this was true, then in a way that's against the "3. Cooperate with your team" CoC kentry.

hardly, unless you're saying there's some kind of ownership rights with wreckages, which would be stupid. DIVO There's provocative people IRL as well as in games, if you get baited into breaking rules so easy then you're gonna have a bad time. All you have to do is stay calm and get revenge in a way that's not likely to get you in trouble.
