Well game was even....we attacked in start we won a little...then team 2(us) energy stalled.After that they were starting to take middle and flanks but solars and winds were made+ fusion+ licho and we won.ALso...Anarchid went planes...so no wonder why he faild(he hates planes).

planes failed, game failed. first stiletto made us lose one front till almost right before our facs, troops were moved from other frontz to support there, weakens other frontz and so on. finaly there were no frontz to defend against.

worth mentioning, the annoying bunny com was finally catched mid-air by banisher boom.

We did pretty well considering our air disadvantage mojjj!

We failed to add mobile AA to our armies for too long. we should have recognized the air situation earlier.
I was thinking if it would have helped if i had stopped the production of my cloackies and supported the air factory instead.

I think it would be nice to have a strategy article on the tutorial page about air as well. All should know the importance of the stiletto and how to use your ground army given the situation in the air.

What we need is more players competent at this type of airplay, which is less than typical in a non-stacked teamgame. Relying on fred always being there to play planes sounds iffy.

By less than typical i mean:

- opposing force uses aa preemptively but in a limited fashion, denying attempts to harass or overcome their air control purely by air -- even while already having air sup.
- some amount of extra resources is pumped into air war early on to ensure air superiority
- there is synchronisation between use of air and ground forces.

I kinda had to learn about those things the hard way right as the game progressed, aaand... Multiplayer B176714 14 on Supreme Lake v2

(of course i cheated there, because i also ecoed and made the best plane of them all: halberd.)

The nasty thing is that air is a rather boring task if you want to really pull your team further. It's important, but mechanical and for the most part you're either making vamps, or trying to herd those unmicroable flying cats.

It wasnt easy for me either, microing all those planes on this tiny map when i couldnt see the icons half the time .. I prefer microing planes on larger maps too xD

we did AA at center, hacksaw then chainsaw. but constant merl sniping killed it fast. merl has a surprisingly nice synergy with planes.

Also worth noting: opposition didn't just make "some" aa, they made mobiles, and the best of their class while at it - copperhead and flail.

Jethros and wandels just can't compete, and statics are sniped.
