I've only used jugglenaut a few times, late in this game i got a juggle near a crab near the south western hill and even with the 2 beams it was unable to pull a crab in. It didn't even move.

Perhaps it should also lift the affected unit off the ground a bit so it can do its job. Being inconsistent sucks.
