"people don't make cloak much" - gf

To be even more fairer:
First, I am not in the nerf-cloak-camp.

Yes, overall cloakers are build less commonly than lets say raiders. But the usage of cloak can have a very strong impact on games.
Plus, I am aware that there are more factors to this: being basically 2v3 on our lane. Still, even if I knew puppies were around, what do I do? Cloaky cannot costeffectively screen for puppies. I can place ticks, but then I cannot kill the ticked stuff because I don`t know how many more puppies are in there. And that is exactly what happens here. I try to counter the puppies, only to create more puppies and basically lose the game instantly. So, what am I supposed to do? Facswitch to dirtbags immiediatly?

Also, good game to showcase lances. As I see it, atm there is no good reason to plop anything else then either shields or hover at the moment, with jumpers getting second place only because they are not that abundant and suffer to lances, rover gets 3rd for having impaler and thats it.
