Highly suspicious, but likely only actionable on repeat as there is a small chance he just had a hunch and wanted to scan for this kind of drop.

the repeated actions are very suspicious, going from scanning the area to specifically targeting the corner, and especially the use of force fire. Seemed like he knew exactly where it was. leaning on the side of this being enough evidence but maybe better to be safe and see if this happens again

The Athena was scouted when it was in West team's base (briefly, but remember that unit marker widget exists), and there is only one place behind East's base where it would be likely to hide. Also it seems plausible BETEP was just moving his puppies off the front line to a vacant spot pretty near his factory, seconds after he lost his Iris and there was no more safe reclaim to be had, and was simply lucky to find the Djinn.

The admins can't definitively rule out spec-cheating but this incident does not seem actionable. Report any future incidents, of course.
