In this match east had 13 players, 2 of which were WAITING and they were unable to resign.

There were multiple votes called, but the votes never managed to get to threshold:



6 AYEs were necessary for 13, and 2 players were in "WAITING" state. Does 6 out of 13 account for WAITING players or does it not? How many would be necessary for 13 active players? In this particular scenario, the vote system expects 6 out of 13 with 2 waiting, so that's 6 out of 11 assuming it works that way? Bare majority.

Also if the players that already resigned automatically counted for AYEs, the vote would have passed instantly. I get that it sets a possible scenario in which one remaining player has "veto" over resign because initiating the vote would be to instantly have the team yield, but there must be some sort of compromise achievable here.

A little bit earlier, 7 AYEs were necessary but I didn't catch how many players were still active and don't feel like wathing the replay again to get that status.
