Yes,
  • Commander near Factory
  • Make Limpet combined with Ducks
  • Spam LLT

More scouting. e.g. make a sparrow

Then you can tell he's coming and move your com back.

sparrow? at 1 min? be more serious.

you built 3 mexes and 10 winds and a solar early game. that's about 420 metal into energy buildings, very greedy. 3 mexes can live off of 2 solars, 140 metal. So you have 200 metal leeway by 2 mins into the game that could have been 3-4 more ducks.
Also, once you had that super suprise attack of many glaives, you ctrl-z'd your ducks, pulling the one duck that was literally accross the map back to your base. If you had scouted the primary start position of your enemy by 2 mins, you would have known for sure this early suprise was more of a cheesey delight, and may have decided on a different course of action. That leading scouting duck didn't even make it back to your fac in time.

Sparrow seems like a waste. Perhaps make an Archer when the first pressure becomes apparent. A single LLT and whatever Ducks are coming out of the factory isn't going to hold a dedicated Glaive swarm. Maybe move the commander a little South West to make a radar. Playing it safe when the first raid hit seemed like the way to go, since you can afford some safety after being put so far ahead. Greed isn't the way to go.
