That's probably too annoying to have to do to be worth it for them.

We definitely take a dim view of hosts abusing exit votes.

That being said, I'm not aware of us ever having manually edited the winner of a battle, and I'm not certain what would be required on a technical level to do it. Maybe somebody will figure it out and do it, but don't get your hopes up. In any event this game has not and was not going to affect anybody's rating.
