Mistral is scared of radar plane

Mistral heavily relies on attack move (A move) to advance and kite.
I just found out that for some reason it tries to kite RADAR planes?
Had a bunch of Mistral that became very scared and ran away because the enemy had a radar plane flying around overhead.

Give Mistral some slack, Owls are very very scary!

Clearly this isn't a AI issue but a parenting issue.

We should give our Mistrals more love when being constructed.

Maybe one day we will see Mistrals no longer being afraid of things flying around above them so they can fearlessly charge into Envoy gunfire!
