We are getting underway with yet another bi weekly tournament series, just like old times.

You can either sign up below or on the Challonge page this time, either is valid.
The tournament will be held at 1200 EST, April 5th (Sat.) 2025. Please arrive 20 minutes early for check in procedures (IN DISCORD FROM NOW ON!).
General Schedule (All in EST):

NOON - Tourney Begins

4PM - Swiss ends, 30 minute break prior to top 8.

4:30PM - Top 8 Begins

7PM - Tournament concludes.

The winner will receive USD $20 as a prize (through Paypal). It will autoconvert to other currencies, so don't worry. Following an incident last time with prize money, you must have a valid Paypal account at the time of the tournament to receive a prize.
POT WILL DOUBLE IF THERE ARE 30+ ENTRANTS This one will features several fixes to past issues from the series, so please read the rules

For those who are new:

Maps are striked in a banning process from a map pool (winner of !flip is player 1 for purposes of striking), and then the player who wins a !flip if game 1, or loser of the previous game if games 2 or 3, picks a map from the remaining (unstriked) stages.
The order goes:
p1-p1-p2-p2, p1 pick - for game one.
Games after game one - the winner of the previous game bans three maps from the pool, and then the loser picks a map from the remaining options.

Due to time issues, we are slightly reworking the format to increase getting to play against more unique opponents this time, as well as speeding up the preliminary phase of bracket. Swiss rounds are now Bo1, followed by Single Elimination Bo3. Grand Finals is Bo5.
