Seems very bugged in ZK. Seems to use Spring startup and commanders can't spawn. Also the lava (?) looks like water.

iirc, BAR has their own lava gadget that they use now, so that's probably why.

Why are the reclaimable crystals on this map missing in Zero-K? The BAR version still has them.

The models/textures for those crystals are included with the game, not with the map. They were purchased and licensed to BAR. ZK couldn't acquire them because the artist vanished.
