Nope, you may want to not play the standard team vs team game or the teams could have been manually balanced.

May not? Then there should be opt out. But 99% you want it to be balanced.

This idea would work if hosts were stricter in their gametype. For example we could have strict 1v1, team vs team, chicken and FFA hosts.

But there are always exceptions. Sometimes someone wants to start in the middle of a teamgame as a lone team which is fine if the other players agree. Chickens can be added to teamgames as a competitive "who can survive the longest" mode.

The universal staging/automated system would use this balancing (according to game type hosted) and manual hosting would not..
That should be good enough.

The only annoying thing is if a new player join and you have to rebalance.

but there is no good solution for this ^^

I don't think that this would be good for normal games, because some ppls who cry about the PW balancing wouldn't have alternatives like now

let them set a balance mod and auto balance. Right now alot of games dont even get balanced

Add "!setoption autobalancebeforestart=[ 0 | 1 ]"

But don't autobalance without a way around !!!
