Yeah it really doesn't actually kill anything. Its more of an anti superweapon with the emp. Meteor is SO much better for not much more.

Meteor can't deal with terraform. And its firing angle is very bad with longer range. DRP can kill units and now can deal with funels as well. Most of my games where DRP lost was because operator was very bad or it was outranged or enemy just build silo, 1 v 1 drp can mostly kill any supwep before it kill it.

drp might be good as a crowd control and emp super, but it struggles to kill tanky stuff, it is outranged by zenith, so you just build it slightly out of range and its useless.

Also zenith doesn't have to turn to fire meteors, and they are very high burst damage. So if anyone makes silo in range you can kill immediately. DRP spends half the time turning around to shoot at silo and if its in high arc mode it takes an age to kill it. I don't know if you have waited for 300 meteors, but with even 100 it will obliterate most terraform.
