Rushing a Singularity at the start of the game in the middle of your team's densely populated base, without even bothering to dig a hole for it, is pretty poor play.

That being said, for it to even potentially be modactionable it would have to be clear that the team was against this plan. It certainly wasn't obvious to me watching the replay that this was the case.
