Chance of victory are the latest odds not the odds when the game was run. So after the game the odds have already shifted towards the winner.

The low-xp players tend to bounce up (and down) harder after a game. Tratata now being in almost blue-range-elo says enough.

Games with more players than, say a 7v7 tend to always be a 50-50. This one was too, team 1 had an advantage of 3 eloids.

Yes, with each call to this page the odds are recalculated using current values. Look in the code if you are unsure. (don't look into the code, it is Microsoft-JSP).
