This battle ended up with both sides building Starlight at the back of the map, but neither could reach each other so both just did their thing for 10 minutes or so until eventually North used a detriment to kill south Starlight.

Until this battle I thought Starlight had infinite range, but in fact I now see it has range of 10,000. The map was so big north started to build a second starlight closer to south’s main base.

Interesting game, have never played a game where two starlights did their thing for so long without being able to reach each other.
