jseah 12 years ago Does ZK even support that? I thought the mexes in ZK are gadget driven and the mex spots aren't dynamic? (they are fixed by the gadget scanning the metalmap at the start or through a list in a text file) +0 / -0

[2up]knorke 12 years ago What sprang said. The high ground metalspots eventually ran out of metal so one had to mine the more "dangerous" but infinite ones. Seems it broke with changes to zK eco and with 95.0 it broke for other mods, too. Normal version should work: http://zero-k.info/Maps/Detail/19055 +1 / -0

NeonSturm 12 years ago Why no more detailed description? Maybe the noob-trap works like this: . Mexes have some kind of m/s refill and metal buffer. . Each mex level can only use the top X percent of the metal buffer. . ZK-Mexes are Tech-[infinite] and can exploit 100%. . The refil is 0.0001m/s. How long does it take to learn how to get "most" out of the limited metal value? :) +0 / -0
