Added Trolly rain gadget. This should make things much more fun :)

Gameplay:
- Players have 2-3 minutes to build and fight normally. Then neutral aggressive units fall from the sky!
- Units included:
Dirtbags, Ticks, Skuttles*, Roaches*, Assorted Ships*, Pyros and Missiles.
- Rain severity and unit types increase over 15 minutes.

* designates a unit that is not spawned immediately. More unit types will be added possibly at a later date.

Please note:
This is a WIP project. Feedback would be nice! I will tweak as desired. Enjoy :)

I will work on a fix to the glitch. Or at least a work around to remove the annoying error spam.

A work around has been made. However I would need to set a modoption as default on this map -- can transfer to enemies. Is there a way admins can set this option default or add a map warning to turn it on?
might not need to. the fix involves Spring.TransferUnit and creating units for playerid 0, allowing us to bypass whatever it is that stops us from spawning shit for gaia with big teams. Hopefully.

(hint: as a gadget writer, you're not really bound by that modoption; that's for players giving units with the H button etc; that's also what allows capcar to, you know, capture units.)

When I was running tests, it said that in order to transfer units with Spring.TransferUnit(uid,gaiaid,true) I needed to allow it in modoptions. However I've been testing false instead of true and it works so I won't need the modoption. I'll need to test it in big teams sometime to see if my work around works. Also need to know if it will create units still if playerid 0 has resigned or left.

Also, anyone have any ideas for lulzy messages?
