Are you serious?
Minotaur dps per cost is awful, particularly when you take into account breakpoints, slow turret turn speed and slow bullet speed. It's the worst of any assault other than Cyclops and Detriment.
If the enemy has managed to build up enough Minotaurs that glaive or scorcher swarms aren't killing them then you're done something very wrong (and at that point should have enough Lance or somesuch to start picking them off).
As a tank player, I can tell you the big weakness of Minotaurs is that any anti-raider escorts you include will die quickly (often to Phantoms or Lance but sometimes to things like Knights), so it's hard to make cost in a run (with all the wrecks being in enemy territory). If you don't include riots then the raiders eat you alive.
