Yup, orbital Odin is absurdly broken. 3+ Artemises cannot kill it, and it can snipe basically anything on the other side of the map. The range of that thing is insane.

To me it seemed like the Artemises would fire on the Odin when it was in space. Then the Odin suddenly teleports downwards causing the Artemis shots to miss.

It flies so high sometimes that no camera can even capture it from side:

On one hand I really like a flying unit that can obliterate anything bolted to the ground. My hope is that it pushes people to play more aggressively instead of rushing singus while losing ground, relying on OD, then sitting back behind BBs and creating a no man's land.

On the other hand, odin is bugged when given a command while moving due to getting pushed by impulse. It warps around in a weird fasion, escaping potential harm.

It also bounces around if it gets too far out of the edge of the map, instead of just keep going in a straight line, as other units do. You can easily make it go in a Z pattern and cover a LOT of ground, get vision and easily rain death on the exact desired location. For those who have used orbital jack, I would say giving a command to space blimp is exactly as effective as jumping the airborne jack except it's not even limited to "jump" range. Odin can just interrupt its insane pulse momentum and go in whatever direction you want it to.

It also fires from infinite vertical range. The only counter is an unreasonable amount of artemis.

Finally, the weapon is dgun so it can't be blocked in any way. It goes through shields and, as great as ZK terraforming is, we can't build roofs.

I didn't get to do it, but I had a plan to use djin to call the odins back safely since the lamp can be spawned from any distance. Not only is this strategy excessively hard to counter, it can even be cost free for the attacker.

Wow, so this is what space warfare looks like.

I wonder if some games can even finish if supers are "banned" in the game. Victory via exhaustion I guess....

I think the main thing that strikes me is how cheap the setup is compared to other ramps.

Well a max altitude should be implemented like for the space lobster issue, but otherwise buff odin back!
