Balance

Panther

  • Speed: 3.7 -> 3.4
  • HP: 1050 -> 980
  • Reduced target move error (it can hit fast land units).

Kodachi

  • AoE: 128 -> 192
  • Weapon velocity: 400 -> 600
  • Ground area damage: 60 -> 20
  • Ground area duration: 300 -> 400

Goliath

  • now has 3x the RoF for it's slow beam but 1/3rd the damage. This reduces the degradation of slow damage between shots.
